Our Purpose
Remount Foundation empowers active-duty U.S. service members, veterans of all eras, their spouses, and dependent children to overcome their hidden wounds inflicted by service-related or life-event trauma, harnessing a renewed life outlook with hope and purpose. Our pioneering program, the Remount Method, is praised for its flexibility in meeting each participant’s discovery level for healing through various therapeutic exercises in Equine Assisted Philosophy combined with HeartMath resilience-building techniques. The Remount Method is provided at no cost to program participants.
