Here are some golfer details you need to know about for participation in the golf tournament.

9:00 - 10:30 AM

Golfer Arrival and Check-In
Practice Facilities Open

The gate opens at 9 AM. Enjoy the morning. There will be plenty of room at the Practice Facilities and great food available in the Pavilion (9:30). Grab a moment with Billy Jack or Jeanne, purchase a few Mulligans, get ready to enjoy a fantastic round of golf at an amazing course with incredible views and the finest people.

9:30 - 10:30 AM

Brunch

How about starting your morning at the chef-attended omelet bar? I'm hungry just typing this planned line-up:
Florentine Eggs Benedict with Basil Hollandaise
Scrambled Eggs
Honey Cured Bacon
Smoked Salmon
Potatoes O' Brian
Fruits and Berries
Yogurts and Granola
Assorted Stuffed Breakfast Muffins

10:30 - 11:15 AM

Opening Ceremony

A first for Remount and for Sanctuary is planned during the ceremony. I'm not going to give it away, but be ready to be inspired.

Lunch delivered on course

No need to pause your conversations or break away from the best round of golf you've ever played, the Sanctuary team will bring your hand-crafted box lunch out to you.

And of course the plethora of snacks found at the rest stations on-course:Bottled water, assorted sodas, beer, Gatorade, lemonade, iced tea, Fruit, assorted candy, energy bars, and trail mix at hole #5, #14, and the Turn.

3:45 - 4:30 PM

Hors D'oeuvres, Light Snacks, and Beverages

Come back to the Clubhouse to share your stories (and maybe a few tall tales) of your golf game. Check out the offerings from Sanctuary's gourmet bistro:
A Prime Rib carving station
Maryland Style Crab Dip
Build Your Own Grilled Chicken or Kobe Beef sliders
Charcuterie Board with Sopressata, Prosciutto, Serrano Ham, marinated vegetables and breadsticks

4:30 - 5:00 PM

Closing Ceremony

Format of Play

"Modified Scramble": all players will hit a tee shot and the team will select the preferred tee shot for all players to play their second shot. Each player plays their own ball to the hole after selection of the drive. Best score for the team is recorded as the team hole score.

Dress Code

Attire: Golf Casual
All: Collared shirts. No denim jeans, t-shirts, or metal spiked golf shoes.
Men: Slacks/docker-style pants or knee-length shorts.
Women: Knee-length skirt or skorts
Military/Civilian Teams: Distinctive attire (collared shirt or hat) reflecting your service to our nation and community.
